MailEnable web postasında genellikle uygulama havuzuyla ilgili olan bir 503 Hizmet Kullanılamıyor hatasıyla karşılaşıyorsanız Bu sorunu çözmek için deneyebileceğiniz birkaç adım şunlardır:

• MailEnable webmail hata gösteriyor:HTTP Error 503 Service Unavailable.
• Olay Görüntüleyicisi > Windows Günlükleri > Sistem’de Hata :Application pool MailEnableAppPool has been disabled. Windows Process Activation Service (WAS) encountered a failure when it started a worker process to serve the application pool.

• Olay Görüntüleyicisi > Uygulamada Hata :The identity of application pool MailEnableAppPool is invalid. The user name or password that is specified for the identity may be incorrect, or the user may not have batch logon rights. If the identity is not corrected, the application pool will be disabled when the application pool receives its first request.  If batch logon rights are causing the problem, the identity in the IIS configuration store must be changed after rights have been granted before Windows Process Activation Service (WAS) can retry the logon. If the identity remains invalid after the first request for the application pool is processed, the application pool will be disabled. The data field contains the error number

sysprepÇalıştırıldıktan sonra , IIS kullanıcısı ve MailEnable webmail’in uygulama havuzu kullanıcısı dahil olmak üzere tüm sistem kullanıcı kimlik bilgileri/profilleri kaldırılır .

Çözüm:

1. RDP aracılığıyla Plesk sunucusuna bağlanın
2. IIS Yöneticisi > Siteler’den web sitesinin durumunu kontrol edin . Durdurulmuşsa başlatın.

3. MailEnable yükleyicisini çalıştırın:C:> “%plesk_dir%Mail ServersMail EnableBinMEInstaller.exe”VEYAC:> C:Program Files (x86)Mail EnableBinNETInstaller.exe”
4. İkinci seçeneği seçin – “Web uygulamasını yeniden yapılandır (…)”
5. MailEnable servis hesapları için rastgele bir parola belirleyin ve istendiğinde İleri’ye basın
6. Dördüncü seçenek olan ”Yeniden Kayıt Yönetimi (MCC) Bileşenleri”ni seçin
7. On üçüncü seçenek olan ”Web uygulamaları için .NET Framework sürümünü ayarla” seçeneğini seçin ve istendiğinde Uygula’ya tıklayın
8. IIS’yi yeniden başlatın: C:> iisreset

komutları uyguladıktan sonra probleminiz giderilmiş olucaktır.
